In this sales representative role, you will be working with a product portfolio that includes such products as tapes, films, adhesives, corrugated, foam, bubble, machinery and safety products. The products you sell will help manufacturers improve their businesses locally and across the globe.
Job Responsibilities
- Order entry, expediting, and proof of deliveries.
- Receiving and processing inquiries, customer orders, changes and customer requests.
- Provide customers with pricing and delivery information.
- Review open order reports.
- General office work, answering a multi-line phone system, sending faxes.
- Performing all other duties as assigned by management.
- Run label printer program and print customer labels.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A self-starter who is capable of adapting quickly to a changing situation in a fast paced environment.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with managers, co-workers, as well as all departments within the company.
- A strong aptitude to serve customer needs and ability to work with outside sales reps.
- Must be detail oriented with proficient skills in MS Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- JDE experience would be preferred.
- A strong math background would be helpful.
- Some College preferred.
