The PadPak® Compact Cushioning converter simplifies and improves the packing and protection of smaller items at a packers’ workstation.

A small footprint means the machine can be placed either on the workstation or on a floor stand next to it. With 1-ply and 2-ply options, both light and heavy products can be packed – all with excellent protective performance.

PadPak JR® converts multi-ply kraft paper into a cushioning pad on demand. It enables fast and efficient cushioning and blocking-and-bracing, for low-volume packaging needs.

The converter forms the paper into a protective, shock-absorbing paper pad, using a patented folding and stitching process. PadPak JR is easy to operate, and requires minimal operator training.

Operators create new pads by raising a handle until the desired pad length is dispensed, then lowering the handle to cut.

PadPak® AJR Batch is easy to operate and requires minimal operator training.

The converter separates 2-ply Ranpak kraft paper, allowing air to be trapped between the layers. Inside the converter, the paper is formed into a protective and shock absorbing packaging material through a folding and compression process.

The pad is then fed through the automatic cut mechanism that allows the user to simply take the pad from the machine at pre-set lengths.

The PadPak® Light Cushioning (LC) converter forms fanfold kraft paper into a light cushioning pad. The result is fast and efficient cushioning, blocking-and-bracing, and void filling.
